I will describe myself as a dedicated professional with multiple certificates in the Alternative Therapies field, 6 years of experience and I have cooperated with different SPA’s within the touristic are of Ayia Napa, Cyprus such as Nissi Blue hotel, Asterias Hotel, Tassia Marris, Melpo Antia, until the time i decided to go solo in 2019 and opened my own Therapeutic Studio in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Since starting my Career as an Alternative Therapist, i often go for
different kinds of trainings within my field to deepen my knowledge, so in return to be more effective in my therapies and have better results! I believe the never-ending education is necessary to be an effective therapist and to be able to solve issues within the Alternative Therapies spectrum.
I deal with all kinds of muscle problems and stress-related issues.
The Chinese Meridian System
My therapies are based on the Chinese Meridian System that is more than 3000 years old, the blueprint of energy and blood circulation in muscles but also in intestinal organs.
The Chinese Meridian System has multiple channels on the body and by unblocking the affected channels, the blood and energy can flow freely, which in turn brings healing and balance in the body.
The field of Chinese Meridian System is vast and it can heal many problems of the human organism, for the therapies that i provide, i specialise on Muscle and stress related issues.

For my Relaxing Massage approach i use medium pressure on the soft muscle tissue with
Gentle,creative strokes that promote detoxification from stress, directing it out of the body using the Chinese Meridian System resulting in a very relaxed body and mind!

My Deep tissue Massage approach is mainly concentrated on releasing the deeper layers of the muscles using the thump, knuckles and elbow!

My Hot Stone Massage approach is mainly for Relaxation and elimination of all stress! Using multiple volcano stones, heating them in the appropriate temperature and then using them to Massage the body, transfering all the warmth which increases blood circulation! Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy has been used for centuries to heal and rejuvenate the back area of the body.
With the use of cups the muscles are being pulled exteriorly (to the opposite of Hand Massage that pushes inwardly) and they concentrate blood to the selected areas thus providing blood to the painful areas of the back.
Healing of the body is based on blood and energy circulation, and Cupping Therapy does just that!
